Product Description:
The fiber optic cable downlead clamp is a one-to-one matching hardware for overhead fiber optic cable lines, mainly used for fixing and protecting the fiber optic cable when it is led down from the top of the tower to the ground or computer room. It can orderly constrain the direction of the fiber optic cable, avoid damage caused by wind swing and friction, and is a key equipment for protecting the safety and stability of the fiber optic cable downlead section.
Core strengths
Hot dip galvanized steel structure, practical and corrosion-resistant
The main body is made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet stamping, which has excellent corrosion and impact resistance. It can be used for a long time in outdoor humid, salt spray and dust environments without rusting or aging, and is suitable for various complex climate scenarios.
Insulation protection, good performance
Some models are equipped with engineering plastic insulation pads, which can isolate direct contact between metal and optical cables, avoid leakage risks in live scenarios, adapt to ADSS optical cables and low-voltage communication lines, and protect the surface of the optical cable from wear and tear.
Adjustable design, strong adaptability
Adopting an adjustable U-shaped bolt and clamp structure, it can adapt to different diameters of optical cables and towers, support various vertical, horizontal and other down methods, and is compatible with multiple types of optical cables such as single core and bundle tube.
Easy to install, stable and orderly
It can be fixed by clamping with bolts, and can be operated by a single person without the need for specialized tools. It can be installed intermittently to constrain the optical cable in sections, effectively dispersing tension and avoiding fatigue damage caused by wind swing or self weight in the lower section.
Applicable scenarios
Communication engineering: fixing of overhead communication optical cables and 5G base station optical cables under the tower
Power engineering: protection of down conductors for OPGW optical cables and ADSS optical cables
Municipal cabling: downward constraints for urban monitoring optical cables and residential overhead optical cables
Access network project: standardized installation of rural broadband access optical cables
