The umbrella skirt is made of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which has strong hydrophobicity and good self-cleaning properties. It can effectively resist rainwater and dirt adhesion, greatly reducing the risk of flashover in humid and polluted environments. It is suitable for heavily polluted areas.

High strength epoxy core rod with excellent mechanical properties

Internally, an epoxy glass fiber core rod is used, which has high tensile strength and bending resistance, and can withstand the tension load of large-span lines. It is not easy to break during long-term operation.

Lightweight design, easy installation

The weight is only 1/3~1/2 of traditional porcelain insulators, which is convenient for high-altitude transportation and installation, while reducing the load-bearing capacity of the tower.

Strong weather resistance and long lifespan

Both silicone rubber and epoxy core rods have excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and corrosion, and can operate stably in extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 100 ℃. The design life can reach more than 20 years.
